1. General

By booking an appointment with Natural Contour Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are in place to protect both the client and practitioner and ensure treatments are carried out safely and professionally.

2. Consultations

• A consultation may be required before treatment.
• Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history, including allergies, medications, skin conditions, pregnancy status, and previous cosmetic procedures.
• Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment results and safety.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

3. Age Restrictions

• Clients must be aged 18 years or over for aesthetic treatments unless otherwise agreed and legally permitted.
• Valid photographic identification may be requested.

4. Deposits & Bookings

• A non-refundable booking fee of 30% is required upon booking to secure all appointments.
• The 30% booking fee will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
• Appointments are only confirmed once the booking fee has been received.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full treatment cost minus the 30% booking fee already paid.
• Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will also be charged the remaining treatment balance.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be required to rebook their appointment and pay in full to secure a new booking.
• Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. Payments

• Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless agreed otherwise.
• We accept payment via cash, card, and bank transfer.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Semi-Permanent Makeup Treatments

• Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and healing.
• A touch-up appointment may be recommended and charged separately unless included in a package.
• Colour retention cannot be guaranteed.
• Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided.
• Additional sessions may be required to achieve desired results.

8. Aesthetic Treatments

• Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.
• Some treatments may require multiple sessions for optimal results.
• Swelling, redness, bruising, tenderness, and minor side effects are common and temporary.
• Clients must follow all pre-care and aftercare advice.

9. Contraindications

Treatment may not be suitable if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have certain medical conditions
• Are taking specific medications
• Have active skin infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions
• Have recently undergone certain cosmetic procedures

Natural Contour Studio reserves the right to decline treatment where appropriate.

10. Patch Testing

• Patch tests may be required at least 24–48 hours before treatment.
• Failure to attend a required patch test appointment may result in treatment cancellation.

11. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments, refunds are not provided for completed services.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not qualify for a refund.
• If concerns arise, clients should contact us within 7 days so concerns can be assessed appropriately.

12. Liability

• Treatments are carried out with professional care and hygiene standards.
• Clients acknowledge there are risks associated with cosmetic and aesthetic procedures.
• Natural Contour Studio is not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or failure to follow aftercare advice.

13. Photography Consent

• Before-and-after photographs may be taken for insurance, treatment records, and marketing purposes.
• Images will not be shared publicly without client consent.

14. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• Client information is stored securely and handled in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection laws.
• Information will never be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

15. Right to Refuse Service

Natural Contour Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:

• Behaviour is inappropriate or abusive
• Medical concerns arise
• Treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable

16. Aftercare Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may impact healing and treatment results.

17. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please contact Natural Contour Studio within 7 days so the matter can be resolved professionally.

18. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
